Social Security Disability

Social Security Disability practice combines administrative and civil law. The regulations and case law are under constant revision. Attorneys who practice in this area are well-advised to either concentrate in this area alone, as we do, or to refer clients to experienced attorneys.

Our firm concentrates in Social Security Disability Law, under both Title II and Title XVI (SSI) of the Social Security Act. All attorneys are sustaining members in the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR). We have developed systems of data collection and synthesis which help us to present cases in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

Our offices serve all of Washington and Alaska. We are licensed in both states and in the federal district courts that serve these areas. We welcome referrals from attorneys. It is our policy to keep fellow attorneys apprised of the progress of each case.
